Eleanor Joy

This baby girl is now 47 days old and we are completely in love with our Eleanor Joy. These pictures were taken after she was born and it’s amazing how much she’s already grown since then. She was born on December 16, 2015 at 6:40 pm, weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces and measuring 20 1/2 inches. 6 1/2 weeks later, Miss E is now over 10 pounds and she is all spunk. We are really settling into a routine and now we can’t imagine life without her. More pictures and commonly asked questions about Ellie after the break. readmore!

heyyy baby

We are so close to meeting you, little one. And as we finish getting things ready for you we can’t help but wonder if it’s a little girl or boy squirming away in there. You are an active little babe, that’s for sure! It’s been fun to guess if we have a Phoebe or a Phoebo on our hands. What do you think???

Baby Things // Into the Woods

It’s crazy to believe that here we are in the 3rd Trimester when it feels like we were just announcing our pregnancy to all our family and friends. We are getting so antsy and excited to meet our little one in a few short months! More and more baby things are starting to collect at home and I love putting everything together and planning out what we need. This chillier weather must mean that fall is in the air and putting together a fall inspiration board for Nugget was easy.

Big (little) News!

This December there is going to be a new Naumann around! I am 14 weeks along and baby’s doing good. We are excited to spend the summer and the next 6 months awaiting our little one!

Children are a heritage from the Lord,
offspring a reward from Him. Like arrows
in the hands of a warrior are children born
in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose
quiver is full of them. Psalm 127:3-5

The Wedding

BLOG_collage template

We have been married for six months now and it’s crazy how long ago our wedding seems. I wrote about our day and shared some photos on Truly Engaging, but have yet to really post anything about it here. It was wonderful and perfect and went by so incredibly fast. We have the best family and friends who made the day run smoothly, an amazingly talented photographer who truly let us relax and know that everything was in good hands, and incredible food that we thoroughly enjoyed. Who says you don’t eat on your wedding day??! and I had the man who has been my best friend for the last 10 years by my side. We were blessed with beautiful weather and completely overwhelmed with the love and joy that surrounded us.

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and His love is perfected in us. I John 4:10-12

I wanted to blog almost every image from that day and I tried and failed to contain myself. I shared some (ok, alot!) of our favorite photos after the break.
